Occupied Kashmir: Masarrat again booked under black law
In Occupied Kashmir , the illegally detained Hurriyet leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League Masarrat Aalam Butt has been booked under black law, Public Safety Act (PSA) one more time by the puppet regime.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Masarrat Aalam Butt was arrested on April 17 this year and booked under the PSA for raising pro-Pakistan slogans and hoisting Pakistani flag during a rally.
The JKML spokesman Muhammad Rafiq Ganai in a statement in Srinagar said that Masarrat Aalam had completed his term of detention under the black law on November 30.
The statement expressed serious concern over Masarrat Aalam Butt's continued unlawful detention and appealed to the world human rights bodies to take notice of the worst kind of human rights violations by Indian authorities in the occupied territory.
