Parliament is the forum to resolve issues: Barjis
Minister says survival and development of the country depends on strengthening democratic process.
Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Barjis Tahir says the politicians should use the forum of Parliament to resolve issues instead of protests and marches.
Addressing a function in connection with Independence Day at Safdarabad in Sheikhupura on Saturday, he said protest rallies and long marches are contrary to the spirit of democratic philosophy.
He said the survival and development of the country depends on strengthening democratic process.
He said Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf Imran Khan should support government's efforts for stabilising the democratic institutions.
Barjis Tahir warned that undemocratic forces could take advantage of the situation if Imran Khan remained stick to his intransigence.
